Direct marketing to businesses
We send B2B marketing email to general company addresses (e.g. info@, post@) collected from public business registers (Finnish PRH/YTJ, Norwegian Brønnøysundregistrene) and the companies' own websites. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The data are company name, general email address, website and city. The source is stated in every email. Recipients can object at any time (GDPR Art. 21) via the unsubscribe link or by replying "stop", after which we never contact them again. We keep an opt-out list only for that purpose.
